Holiday entitlement

  • 22 days on joining
  • 23 days after 2 years
  • 25 days after 5 years

Sickness

  • 6 months service = SSP (after 4th day of absence)
  • 6 months plus = 4 weeks full pay and 4 weeks half pay plus SSP (after 4th day of absence)

Pension

  • Stakeholder pension on joining the Company
  • Eligible for employer contributions after 6 months service

Car Loan Scheme

Life Cover

4 times basic salary paid to dependants in case of death in service.
